Shipping Policy

Kantoka will attempt to ship orders on the same day depending on the supplier, location of product, brand and type of product ordered. Some products may take longer to ship. You will receive a confirmation when the order has been placed and a notification when the order has been shipped. If you have not received a confirmation or notification within 3 business days, please email us at orders@kantoka.com with your name and order number.

SHIPPING TIME

You may choose a shipping method. Each shipping method will estimate the time of delivery. When no choice is available the shipping time is 5 business days on average.

If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an appropriate upgraded shipping method:

FEDEX ARRIVAL TIMES

FedEx Ground — 2 to 5 business days to continental U.S.

FedEx Express Saver — 3 business days

FedEx 2Day — 2 business days

FedEx Standard Overnight — Next business day by 3pm to most areas

FedEx Priority Overnight — Next business day by 10:30am to most areas

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

The carriers shipping and loss or damage policy comes into effect once the carrier receives the product to ship. Products will be shipped to the address designated by the receiving party, upon order completion, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions contained on the website and within the receiving party’s jurisdiction. The time of delivery and location of delivery of the products to the designated address is at the discretion of the carrier and receiving party.
